Filter/silencers are used at the intake manifold or air compressors to provide 96 to 98% efficient filtration at 10 microns per SAE fine dust test. Tube silencers in housing decrease noise levels from 5db to 15 db.  These moisture resistant units also will handle hot air and oil mist from unload cycle of reciprocating compressors.  Feature low pressure drop of approximately 3 to 5" water; at rated load.  Consist of durable, all steel weather hooded housing and replaceable polyester filter element reinforced with steel wire screen.

Full line of air compressor controls range up to 200 PSI.  Controls are 2-pole type with positive quick make and break contact action.

NEMA 1 enclosure has 1/2" openings and ample wiring space. Individually cartoned. CSA approved.

Stainless steel hose with carbon steel ends provides flexible connection to overcome piping misalignments such as a transfer lines.  Reduces machine vibrations usually transmitted through the system.  Used as vibration damper for air compressors, liquid pumps and vacuum pumps.

Male Threaded End Nipple Hose.  Furnished with schedule 40 steel pipe threaded nipples on end.  Maximum working pressure is 500 PSI; maximum operating temperature 500° F.
