grinders are ideal for grind finishing, removing paint from
exterior plates, finishing process of die-casts in maritime
vessels, vehicles and automobiles, besides general grinding
operations. These
compact, lightweight grinders offer trouble- free performance.
Because of simple construction and long endurance with continuous
use without breakdown, the grinder is used for various
purposed, and accordingly there are various types and
sixes suited for different uses. Depending on the speed
(RPM) of the grinder they are roughly categorized into
low speed (vitrified) and high speed (resinoid).
The
rotation speed is scientifically controlled by the use of an air
regulator, with little consumption of air. During the grinding operation, the speed is not reduced
by the regulator so that the power remains strong enough to
maintain high efficiency with suitable grinding rotation. Exhaust noise is minimal due to special construction
design employed.
When starting up a grinder, be sure to keep speed at
a low level and gradually increase to high speed to avoid
accidents. In addition, make sure the grinding wheel cover
is securely mounted during operation.
