Designed to remove
particulates, oil and aerosol from compressed air lines
Watts uses a filter media element
manufactured to the industry's highest standards.
The media consists of extremely fine borosilicate fibers
formed into a tube using a unique vacuum process.
This unique process requires minimal adhesive for fiber
cohesion. A combination of reduced adhesive and
superfine micro fibers creates a greater void volume and
quality pore distribution. The result? Better particulate
retention and filtration efficiencies.
This unique element takes the
guesswork out of scheduling maintenance. As the filer
becomes saturated with oil, the element will turn red,
indicating the need for a filter replacement.
Flexibility is the key work to
describe Watts' housing design of the Disposable in Line Micro
Filter. While others provide for only 1/4" tube
connections, the Watts housing can easily be connected to
11/64" ID or 1/4" ID tube via stepped and barbed
fittings.
