Carbon Steel Hex Dies

These dies are precision made of high quality carbon tool steel and meet the highest industry standards. These dies are primarily used to rethread existing parts. Origianl threads may be cut in softer metals such as aluminium. Dies are right hand thread and are clearly and permanently marked with size on the reverse of the starting size.

Type 724 Tap & Die Sets
Tapes and dies made of extra tough carbon tool steel with sharp clean cutting edges hardened and tempered to cut smooth threads. Plug taps are furnished in all sets in sizes to fill most requirements. Dies are furnished in hexagon style in corresponding sizes.
