Twisted Wire Cup Brushes |

 The
SERVUS- BILT line of wire cup brushes utilizes
knot-type construction to provide brushing tools suitable
for applications requiring medium to low flexibility and
high impact cutting action. Knot-type construction assures
excellent balance permitting high speed operation. The
SERVUS -BILT line is designed for use on most portable
power tools.
Sophisticated production equipment permits
MILWAUKEE to offer various knot configurations,
standard twist, full cable twist, etc., in different brush
diameters and wire sizes.
The quality tempered steel wire used in
these brushes will stand the test of high speeds and severe
usage. Your selection of either standard twist knots or
full cable twist knots gives you a choice of brushing
tools suitable for any type of application and requiring
medium to low flexibility and high impact.
The SERVUS-BILT line provides you
with a tool that can meet the demanding tasks of weld
cleaning, deburring, and removal of heavy encrustations.
This line is particularly adaptable to the fast cleaning
of large surfaces such as those found in the fabrication
of tanks, pressure vessels and other plate steel forms.
For those applications requiring
work on stainless steel or aluminum, MILWAUKEE offers
a selection of stainless steel SERVUS-BILT cup brushes
in popular wire sizes.

 STURDI-BILT
wire cup brushes are excellent tools for general industrial
usage. Made with crimped tempered wire these brushes
provide fast cutting action for the removal of light encrustations
of scale, rust, paint or weld spatter. STURDI-BILT
cup brushes are designed for use on portable power tools.
MILWAUKEE has in its
stock of STURDI-BILTS of various cup sizes
and wire diameters the proper cup brush for most light and
medium brushing applications. The relatively high flexibility
of these crimped wire cup brushes allows cleaning on irregular
surfaces as well as flat surfaces.
