Assembly Instructions: repair kit
  1. Cut tube end clean and straight
  2. Slide spring guard over tubing (small end first).
  3. Place ferrule inside nut (large diameter first) and slip nut over tubing so that threaded portion faces end of tubing
  4. Push fitting into tube end (tube will go over insert) until tube bottom's inside fitting body.
  5. Hand tighten nut onto fitting - adding another 1-1/2" to 2 turns with a wrench to assure a secure assembly.
  6. "Thread" spring guard over nut to complete assembly.

NOTE: Ferrules and inserts are not reusable and should be replaced with each assembly.

Nylon 11 Tubing

Coilhose Pneumatics®Nylon 11 tubing is highly flexible, lightweight and dimensionally stable (will not "swell" under pressure).  Its ability to withstand abrasion and corrosion as well as its resistance to most chemical, gasoline, oil and grease make it popular choice for air, chemical and lubricant lines.  Nylon 11 also absorbs very little moisture.  Standard color is yellow (1/4" ID tubing also available in red).
