Solid State Automatic Drain Valve allows accumulated water
to be released from dryers, separators, after coolers, drop
legs, filter, high elevation locations and other remote
or hard to reach installations. The adjustable electronic
timer allows precise settings for both cycle time between
discharges as well as actual drain time (amount of time
valve is open ). By adjusting the cycle time to meet
specific requirements of peak moisture accumulation, pneumatic
air lines are protected against flooding without the time,
expensive and inconvenience of manually draining the equipment.
- Cycle time (time between valve
openings) can be set from 1 to 45 minutes-setting
is easily changed to fit the demand of any system.
- Drain time (amount of time valve is
open) can be adjusted from1 to 15 seconds-keeps air
loss during fluid discharge to a minimum.
- Bronze filter built right into the body protects the drain
valve from foreign particles in the line, allowing
optimum performance and trouble free operation.
- Operates on 120V 60Hz/110V 50hz voltage (supplied with 6 foot
heavy duty grounded power cord.)
- Manual override permits valve to be opened between set cycles.
- Drain valve can be operated in any
position.
- Constructed from all stainless
steel and brass components along with NEMA 4 (watertight,
dustsight) enclosed timer assuring long lasting operation
in any industrial environment.
- One (1) 1/4" in port and two
1/4" out ports allow increased system design
flexibility-brass port plug is supplied for unused
outport.
- Valve and power cord set (without
timer) available for completely manual operation.
- Solid state timer, heavy duty power
cord and solenoid and solenoid valve available as
individual components
